Korezone Fitness offers a variety of group classes. To round out your fitness experience we offer Yoga and Women on Weights classes throughout the week.

Yoga Flow: 90 min
Get on the soul train with Yoga Flow. This is a playful, dynamic class, suitable for all fitness levels. Journey to your physical “edge” and find your inner Zen while flowing through a series of postures that build strength and stamina, increase flexibility, reduce injury risk and improve overall well-being.

Yoga Hatha Beginner: 90 min
Calling all Yogi enthusiasts! Enjoy a gentle class, providing a thorough introduction to the basics of yoga, including postures and technique, breath and awareness, core strength and flexibility, as well as meditation and relaxation. Imagine as if your thoughts were like floating clouds in the sky. Namaste!

WOW- Women on Weights: 60 min
This fun filled yet challenging workout is one you do not want to miss. This class is great for all fitness levels, so come prepared to push your body, have fun with a group of fabulous women and walk away energized.

KU - Korezone Unleashed: 60 min
Are you ready?  Hold on to your hats Ladies and Gentlemen cause this class will ensure top-notch physical fitness and will sweat out any stress you have experienced from the week. This hardcore “Eye of the Tiger” class will surprise you every time with a mix of intervals, plyometrics, resistance training and a dash of skipping to vamp your morning energy stores. Can you handle it? I dare you!
